A day in the life with an incredible amount of emotional depth and touches of melancholy throughout. This is the stuff that makes for some fantastic reading. If last entry was a 10, I'll have to give this a 12/10. Sounds impossible? Well this entry was impossib...ly good.Kenny Sage, Yo!https://www.blogger.com/profile/06151350847584425510noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159712864795101284.post-19009001295754111342011-11-24T03:09:44.053-08:002011-11-24T03:09:44.053-08:00Oh Alanna, this post was such a beautiful way to s...Oh Alanna, this post was such a beautiful way to start the day. Beautifully written, but also beautiful in the way that sadness, compassion, and experience can all be beautiful if God is in them. I agree with Jenn, it will be easy to forget, but continue to surround yourself with stories like this and keep learning. I also wanted to mention that, and this might sound really strange, if you follow God's call for your life comfort isn't necessarily part of the deal. Comfort certainly can be a blessed part of the deal, but not always! Allow God to lead you to some of those uncomfortable places. Alanna, you've got a great heart and great talent and I'm so excited to see how God continues to use you! Be blessed today friend and know that there are many who share your heavy boots, but bit by bit, God's Kingdom reigns in all the earth!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159712864795101284.post-12081062431870643462011-11-23T17:28:02.436-08:002011-11-23T17:28:02.436-08:00Alanna, what can I say to something this beautiful...Alanna, what can I say to something this beautifully written? You have heavy boots, which made me smile for a second, but then gave me heavy boots. It's amazing to hear how your experiences are changing you and your outlook on life. It's these last few posts that make writing this blog even more worth it. When you come home, it'll be really easy to forget what you've learned or start taking things for granted. Having things written down, having 'cemented' your experiences and what they've taught you will help combat those forces. Friend, I can't wait to hear some more stories from you directly. :) Keep writing. :)Jenn :)https://www.blogger.com/profile/09046838727602752769noreply@blogger.com
